1Scope and Acceptance
These terms and conditions govern all sales of products made through the website triplebrewonline.es (the "Store") operated by Cervezas Artesanales Irialba SL ("Triple Brew Online", "we", "us"). By placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms in full.
These terms apply to retail consumer purchases only. Sales are made to customers aged 18 or over who are resident in the European Union or other countries where the import of alcoholic beverages is lawful. Triple Brew Online reserves the right to refuse orders at its sole discretion.
2Products and Availability
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, ABV figures and other information on the Store are accurate. Craft beer characteristics — including colour, aroma and taste — may vary naturally between batches; this is not a defect.
All products are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered is out of stock after your payment has been processed, we will contact you by email to offer an equivalent alternative or a full refund. We reserve the right to limit order quantities where necessary.
3Prices and VAT
All prices shown on the Store are in euros (€) and include VAT at the applicable Spanish rate (currently 10% on alcoholic beverages). Delivery costs are calculated and displayed separately at checkout before you confirm your order.
We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
4Payment
Your order will not be processed until payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email once payment has been successfully authorised. In the event of a payment failure, your order will not be placed and no charge will be made.
Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and other major debit/credit cards via SumUp secure payment processing. No card data is stored on our servers.
5Delivery
We currently deliver to Spain and selected EU countries. Delivery costs and estimated transit times are shown at checkout. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days of payment confirmation, subject to stock availability.
Delivery timescales are estimates only.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is in the care of a third-party carrier. We will do our best to ensure timely delivery, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including (but not limited to): carrier delays, adverse weather conditions, strikes or industrial action, customs clearance, public holidays, natural disasters or any other force majeure event. We will notify you of any significant delay we become aware of and work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been collected by the carrier. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate — we cannot accept liability for non-delivery caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you. Re-delivery may incur an additional shipping charge.
6Right of Withdrawal — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
To exercise this right, you must notify us before the 14-day period expires by contacting us at info@triplebrewonline.eu or +34 645 331 857, clearly stating your intention to withdraw and your order reference number.
As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products that have been opened, consumed or partially consumed.
- Products that have deteriorated due to improper storage after delivery.
- Products made to your specification or clearly personalised.
Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods to us at your own expense within 14 days, in their original unopened condition and packaging. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a full refund of the product price (excluding original delivery charges) within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
This right is provided in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and the Spanish Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios (LGDCU).
7Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@triplebrewonline.eu, attaching clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Your statutory rights as a consumer under EU and Spanish law are not affected by these terms.
8Age Verification — Alcohol
You must be aged 18 or over to purchase from Triple Brew Online.
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the person receiving the delivery is also at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we have reasonable grounds to believe the customer does not meet this requirement. Alcoholic beverages will not be delivered to minors.
9Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions and design — is the property of Triple Brew Online or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written consent.
10Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triple Brew Online's liability for any claim arising from these terms or from any order shall be limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of profit, or any loss arising from events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint about an order or our service, please contact us first at info@triplebrewonline.eu. We aim to respond within 2 working days and to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may refer it to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body. As an EU consumer, you also have access to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
You may also contact the Spanish consumer authority: Agencia Española de Consumo, Seguridad Alimentaria y Nutrición (AECOSAN).
12Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation 2016/679) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). By placing an order you acknowledge that your data will be processed for the purpose of fulfilling your order and as further described in our Privacy Policy.
13Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from these terms or from any purchase made through the Store, both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Alicante, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you hold under the law of your country of residence.
These terms were last updated in March 2026 and supersede all previous versions.
